It is also conveniently located near the Medical Mile, MSU College of Medicine, Grand Valley State University's downtown campus, GR Community College, St. Mary's Hospital, DeVos Children's Hospital, Mary Free Bed, and Spectrum Downtown Hospital. This property features great historical design details, original millwork, hardwood floors, and natural light. Amenities include shared laundry facilities, a common area front porch, shared green space, raised garden bed, and pet-friendly units. Heat, electricity, central air, Wi-Fi, trash, and recycling are included with the rent. Residents are responsible for a $20-30 per month water fee. All applicants must meet the minimum gross income requirement of 2.5 times the monthly rent and must pass a credit and criminal background check.
